About Knollwoods

This website and store are operated by Knollwoods LLC and hosted by Shopify. These terms describe the conditions for using our store and ordering our products.

Using the store

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use the store lawfully. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or submit content you do not have permission to use.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are shown on the relevant product or project page. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout or in your custom-order quote before payment. Screen colors are a guide and may differ from the finished product.

Custom scarves and mockup approval

Submitting a mockup request does not place an order, take payment, or approve a design. We send a mockup for your separate approval. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use any logo or artwork you provide and for reviewing the design, spelling, colors, and placement before approval.

Approval of the mockup is a binding agreement to the approved custom design. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Knitwear is not the same as printing: artwork is interpreted in stitches and will not retain every detail visible in a photograph or other artwork. Each custom scarf design is limited to two yarn colors.

Custom scarf production has a lead time of 5–6 weeks after mockup approval. Requested event dates are subject to confirmation. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by law.

Returns and order problems

Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and unwashed. See our Refund policy for instructions and return-shipping details. Contact us if an order is damaged or incorrect, including custom orders. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights required by applicable law.

Our content and your artwork

Store images, text, and designs belong to Knollwoods or their respective rights holders. Contact us for permission before reusing them. We use artwork you submit to prepare your requested mockup and fulfill your approved custom order.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
